CYMG is accepting applications for its Global Steering Committee, Operations Team, and Environmental Law and Rights task force. The selected volunteers will help coordinate youth engagement across UNEP governance processes, thematic portfolios, regions, communications, and community participation.
The current call includes:
- Steering Committee portfolios in Policy Coordination and UNEP Affairs, Environmental Law and Rights, Green Economy and Resources, Climate Action, Sustainable Finance, Chemicals, Waste and Pollution, West Asia, and Europe.
- Operations Team roles in community engagement, communications liaison, and graphic design.
- Places on the Environmental Law and Rights Working Group task force.
All positions are voluntary. Steering Committee and Operations Team members should expect to contribute at least three hours per week, with additional time during major UNEP processes.
Applicants must be CYMG members. The mandate is for one year and begins after selection.
