How to share a link:

  1. Upload your document to Google Drive or Dropbox
  2. Right-click the file → “Get link” or “Share”
  3. Set permissions to “Anyone with the link can view”
  4. Copy the link and paste it above

New submissions are reviewed before publication in the repository.
